Damages or issues

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Inspect the product upon arrival to make sure nothing is damaged and you have received the correct order. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get the correct items is by returning the items you have received. Once the return has been accepted, to then make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, undamaged, in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return please contact us. Please note that all returns will need to be sent to 2501 Saulsbury DR Temple TX. 76504. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
